00:13states across 52 safety metrics provides the data-driven outlook, and analyst Chip Lupo explains,
00:20the safest cities in America go beyond protecting residents from bodily harm and property damage.
00:26They also work to secure people's financial safety, ensuring lower rates of identity theft,
00:32unemployment, and housing instability. Forbes reports with its low crime rate,
00:37strong job market, and one of the lowest unemployment rates, 2.1%, approximately 77%
00:44of Vermont parents feel secure in their respective community. South Burlington notably has the second
00:50fewest identity theft complaints per capita. Its neighboring city Burlington took fourth place.
00:56In second and third place were Casper, Wyoming, and Warwick, Rhode Island, respectively. Avoid
01:02New Orleans. Whilst the music scene is worth a visit, the city ranked at the bottom of the list.
