All of Greater Manchester’s best Bonfire Night events

Here are some of the most exciting ways to spend your bonfire night in Greater Manchester.

00:00Remember Remember, the 5th of November. That's right, Bonfire Night is nearly here and this

00:04video is a quick breakdown of all of the best Manchester-based events. Mayfield Park is

00:08hosting a three-day event put together by Walk the Plank, who were heavily involved

00:11in the Manchester Day Festival, and Frey Island. It's taking place from the 1st to the 3rd,

00:16between 5.30pm and 7pm, with the latest slot also existing between 7.30pm and 9pm on the

00:20Saturday.

00:21Bound on Fireworks is also a paid event, with fireworks being set off on Friday the 1st

00:25of November. There'll be a bunch of bars, food stalls and other activities, with the

00:28main display taking place at 8.45pm.

00:30Cockfields Farm is also an option, and seems to be specifically aimed towards children

00:34and young families. The display will be quieter, and it will be set to classic Disney tunes.

00:39Pigwoodland Park is also looking like a fun do. There'll be a nine-piece band, a puppet

00:43show, pyro dancers, a bar and a host of food stalls as well.

00:46Finally, Rochdale's Bonfire Night celebrations look very fun. There'll be one on the 4th

00:49at Bowley Community Park, one at Queen's Park Road on the 6th, and one at Cronkyshaw Common

00:54on the 7th.
