00:35the Secretary of Budget Management, Secretary Amena Pangandaman,
00:40of course, the DFA was there with Secretary Enrique Manalo,
00:44and the lead agency, OPAPRU,
00:48this is the agency in charge of the peace process led by Secretary Carlito Galvez.
