00:00We're here today because of the organizations and their committed leaders that promote and
00:06protect the power of women.
00:09Our newest Power of Women partner, Purina's innovative Purple Leash program, is a perfect
00:15example.
00:16Thanks to Purple Leash, domestic violence shelters have become pet-friendly, allowing
00:21domestic abuse survivors to have their cherished pets by their side, providing emotional support
00:27critical to surviving trauma.
00:36And tonight, Purina honors Sarah Hyland with our first-ever Variety Courage Award for her
00:44outspoken advocacy for survivors of domestic abuse.
00:54Thank you, Purina.
00:57I recently participated in another close-up and personal example of powerful leadership
01:03for women.
01:04Our founding partner, A&E Networks, works every day in a multitude of ways to put women
01:10first.
01:12At the White House last week, Ramin, my daughter Ava, and I experienced the remarkable new
