00:40The charge was framed under Section 130B Sub 1 of the Penal Code which provides for a jail
00:47sentence of 5 to 20 years upon conviction.
00:50On October 10, police said 16 GISBH officials have been re-arrested under the Security Offenses
00:57Special Measures Act.
