Dad's The Word Nursery Gets Good Ofsted Report!

00:00I am Rachel, I am the manager at Dad's the Word Nursery in Bridge North and we're just

00:06delighted to share that we've recently had an Ofsted and we've been given a

00:11good rating so we're all absolutely over the moon about that. We have marvellous

00:17outdoor areas, we've got animals, we've got a forest, we just like a sense of fun and

00:24you know we just have a lovely time from you know when I come to work in the

00:29morning to when I go home I've just had a lovely time playing with children

00:33helping them with their you know their learning and it it's just a great place

00:37to be. We get outside as much as we can you know we've got outside areas we've

00:41got we've got animals we've just had recently had some alpacas and it's just

00:45a brilliant place and even when it's raining we can go down into our forest

00:49area and the children just absolutely thrive on being outside and exploring

00:54the world and that's where we are Dad's the Word you know. I think you know it

00:57was a confirmation of what we kind of knew already really you know we felt we

01:03were doing a really good job so to have that outside you know verification from

01:07Ofsted that we are doing a good job that it makes us all really proud and you

01:11know I'm new to the manager's job I've only been doing it for six weeks so it's

01:14really you know really heartwarming for me to know that we do that and we're

01:19doing the best for all the children in our care.
