00:00So we're here at the Ark in Pontersbury Children's Nursery and we're here with
00:04boss Susie. Hello Susie. Good afternoon. Susie, you've done well in a recent
00:10inspection haven't you? Just fill us in. We have, yes. They came to us about a month
00:14ago. It was a really good visit from the inspector. They said some fantastic
00:19things like safeguarding the nurses, which was a safe family. And earlier I commented on how well I can use the curriculum to help the planning and the development of the children. So teaching and learning was a focus on that as well, which is absolutely amazing. And how long's the nursery been here? It's been here for, I'm not 100% sure, because I've started two years ago. I've been here over five years. And what is it that makes your nursery so good? Tell us about your
00:49reasons. We have a lot of the membership community. We have some great parents that support us as well.
00:57What have you got on there? You need another one of those. Yeah. The development of the children comes a long way. We have a lot of support with regards to parents that are farmers and things like that. They come in, they provide opportunities to children that have not necessarily ever been on a farm or know what a farm is. So we do look a lot of
01:17cultural culture, which is part of the curriculum as well within the setting and again, like I say, within the environment, the community in Poncebury.
01:25Fantastic. Well, well done. And Longbang, you keep up the good work. Well done, Susan. One, two, three. The Ark!
