రుషికొండ భవనాలను పరిశీలించిన పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌

Pawan Kalyan Rushikonda Visit : విశాఖలోని రుషికొండ భవనాలను డిప్యూటీ సీఎం పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌ ఆకస్మికంగా పరిశీలించారు. విజయనగరం పర్యటన ముగించుకుని తిరుగు ప్రయాణంలో రుషికొండ భవనాలను పరిశీలించేందుకు వచ్చారు. పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌ వెంట జనసేన నేతలు, ఎంపీ శ్రీభరత్, ఎమ్మెల్యే విజయ్ కుమార్ ఉన్నారు. పరిశీలన అనంతరం విశాఖ విమానాశ్రయానికి పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌ బయలుదేరి వెళ్లారు.

00:00The Kottayam government is thinking about what to do with the Rishikonda buildings which are under the control of the Tourism Department.

00:09On that basis, the Deputy Chief Minister and the Minister of Environment Pawan Kalyan visited the Rishikonda buildings.

00:18They fully explained the construction and other aspects of the construction in detail.

00:24In the past, the YCB government has constructed around 9.68 acres of Rishikonda buildings.

00:32They have constructed 7 major buildings in total.

00:35Vijayanagara 1, 2 and 3 are the 3 major buildings.

00:40Kalinga, Vengi and Gajapathi are the other buildings.

00:45They have spent around Rs. 500 crores on these buildings.

00:50On the other hand, due to environmental issues, another Rs. 200 crores has to be allocated.

00:58So, the total value of these buildings is around Rs. 700 crores.

01:02The government is thinking about what to do with the Rishikonda buildings which are under the control of the Tourism Department.

01:11The government has already made this issue known several times.

01:17After the new government and the Kodam government, the construction has also become a big burden.

01:23We can see that the buildings have been constructed with great care.

01:28We can see that this is a garden area.

01:31Similarly, a department has been set up for this.

01:34They have set up every kind of structure.

01:37They have installed 3 big generators inside.

01:44On the other hand, they have also set up a lot of decorations.

01:54We can see that this is a way to the Rishikonda building.

02:08We can see that there is a demand from the people to use this as a public space.

02:17Because, if you go inside through this way, you can see the Rishikonda building.

02:21So, on one hand, we have to use the Rishikonda buildings as much as possible.

02:27On the other hand, if we can use this as a public space, it will be convenient for the tourists.

02:35Because, if you go from one side of Rishikonda, you can see the Rishikonda Blue Park Beach.

02:39On the other hand, we can go to Rishikonda through this way.

02:43We can see that there is a demand from the people to use this as a public space.

02:51After the Kodam government was established, the Minister of Environment, Mr. Pawan Kalyan,

02:57has seen the Rishikonda buildings in person.
