01:16When you score and you win, you add some belief, some confidence,

01:26Of course, in the start of the season we had some good performances,

01:33We created enough chances, but we didn't score enough,

01:37and then you don't win games, and of course everyone is negative and disappointed.

01:43It can help us, but it's only one win, and we have to build on this.

01:51How much pressure do you personally feel under a half-time?

01:55Obviously you were pretty furious at the goal, but the fact is you were losing.

02:02Pressure is always there, we have to win every game.

02:05When we are 1-0 down, we have to see how we turn this around.

02:10We felt some injustice, and we used this as fuel for the second half,

02:18and we increased the tempo and we scored two great goals.

02:23I really enjoyed today, the performance in the first half, but especially in the second half.

02:28Can you just explain why you were annoyed?

02:31Because Son got a cut head and had to go for the finish.

02:34Yeah, but it didn't change anything, it was dry blood.

02:38He was already treated for that injury, just dry blood,

02:44so no-one from us understood why he was sent off.

02:49I went over to Mata, what's wrong?

02:53He said, it's just dry blood and I have to come off.

02:56So I don't know why.

02:58And of course it was a huge moment, because Brentford is very good in corners,

03:04and when you miss one of your best headers and they take benefit from it,

03:09then of course you are disappointed.

03:16It felt really nice, but it wasn't just a win for you, it was a win for all of us.

03:32and that was when we were downsized to ten,

03:37and afterwards everyone agreed that we shouldn't have been downsized to ten.

03:44So the only thing we have to do better is score goals.

03:49We are getting in the right spots, bringing the ball up there,

03:54get the right positions, but we were not clinical, determined enough

03:59of which term you want to mention there.

04:03But if we do that, then we will win games.

04:06And of course what doesn't help is that Rasmus Hoyland was injured

04:10at the start of the season, now he's back.

04:12But alongside Rasmus Hoyland we have enough players with scoring abilities,

04:18and today we scored two great goals,

04:21and hopefully that gives confidence to the players that they can do it,

04:25that they are determined and hungry to get in the spots, but also to finish.

04:31Then we will win games.

04:34As frustrating as it obviously was when the call went against you to send Jürgen to the touchline,

04:41ironically, was that the thing that actually fired up the players more than anything else,

04:46inspired the players to that comeback, to that second-half performance,

04:50that sense of injustice, of being wronged?

04:53It's hypothetical, we will never know.

04:56You didn't harm them, did you?

04:59Definitely, yeah.

05:02We were mad, we were angry, in the half-time,

05:07because we had the idea, it was not perfect, but we controlled the game.

05:12We didn't concede chances, we created some chances,

05:18and then it felt injustice if you concede a goal like we did.

05:32He was OK, that's what he told me.

05:35And that's what I asked him when he came off,

05:39is there a problem?

05:41No, he was 100 per cent there, and there was no doubt to take him off.

05:57I really enjoyed today, how we played, and you see where he's capable of.

06:02We want to see this every game, because then you see what he can contribute to the team.

06:15I thought the finish was also brilliant, but the cross was really enjoyable to watch.

06:25Garnaccio is very influential, he's got five goals already this season,

06:29he's got 10 last season, is there a target in mind for him?

06:33Do you think he can keep on the other season and get even better?

06:38He has to, if he wants to be a better player, then you have to improve.

06:45I know where he's capable of, that's why I play him soft.

06:52He's a threat, he has scoring abilities, but also a threat in the 1-3-1s,

06:58in making key actions and giving assists for the team.

07:03So the end product, and that is definitely what we need,

07:07and what we missed in the first games of the season.

07:12Just back on Marcus, not just today but in recent weeks,

07:16I know he's made a big mess about not scoring goals,

07:20but do you see some signs over this last month of Marcus

07:25really starting to get back to what he's capable of?

07:30I think we all know he's capable of a lot,

07:35and when he has this attitude then he will score,

07:40what he did, for instance, in Porto.

07:42But also giving assists, what he did in Porto, what he did today.

07:46But it always starts with fighting spirit and 100 per cent intensity.

07:54And when we bring that, and not only Marcus, don't focus too much on Marcus,

07:59but when we bring all this on the pitch,

08:02I think we have a team that can progress,

08:06and what can progress in a good team to play for trophies in this season.
