00:00Can you just tell us about the situation with Bruno Fernandes, you said it was a football decision to leave
00:06him out but clearly it's a big decision to leave your captain out, what is the position coming into today's
00:13game?
00:14Yeah it was a decision as I said for what we felt for the game, that's it, Bruno is fully
00:23committed to this football club and there are absolutely no issues with that, we move forward, we make decisions as
00:29we go and we're looking forward to the game on Saturday now.
00:35Just looking, kind of following on in front of Bruno, how have the conversations with the players been this week
00:40because as much as you are not dealing with the outside noise, you've seen the performances and we heard you
00:47speak after Koma in particular about how frustrating that display was, so what's their reaction been and how have those
00:52conversations been?
00:53Of course that's my responsibility as the players, you know, the outside is not anything for me to focus on,
01:00I know what we can affect, I know what we need to improve, I know as a group, leading a
01:07group what help they need a little bit as well and a bit of guidance at certain times and dealing
01:12with certain things, so that's part of my direct role is them, you know, who I care about and can
01:19affect the most directly.
01:20And of course we spoke, you know, we have meetings as we do every single week, but some of the
01:26meetings go in different ways depending on results in the situation and the feeling.
01:33The boys, I have to say the boys, they're hungry, you know, we're hurting because we haven't won enough football
01:38games, but there's an intensity, there's a bit of an edge, there's a disappointment, there's a hunger to do better,
01:46for sure.
