00:45Reports say the deal could be worth 15 billion euros.

00:48Here in Lisieux, one of two sites where Doliprane is manufactured, some employees say they're worried for the future.

01:11Sanofi says it's a strategic decision to refocus its business on research into new vaccines and medicines.

01:18A big concern is whether CD&R would move production of Doliprane out of France.

01:30Talks between Sanofi and CD&R are set to continue for the next few weeks before a sale is agreed.
