00:00The Association of Southeast Asian Nations, ASEAN, held on Thursday the second day of
00:06its summit taking place in Vietnam, the capital of Laos.
00:10On this day, meetings were held with the Prime Ministers of China, India and Canada, as well
00:15as with the Russian Foreign Minister, among other external partners.
00:20After the meeting with representatives of the Chinese government, the signing of an
00:24agreement to expand China's free trade agreement with ASEAN was announced.
00:30In this sense, Prime Minister Li Keqiang emphasized that in a context of instability and uncertainty,
00:36China and the Association have an opportunity to develop together in a climate of a slow
00:41recovery of the international economy.
