Reblochon cheese pasta !

Ingredients :
- 200g of pasta
- 1 small reblochon
- 1 shallots
- 6 slices of raw ham
- Pepper
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves
- 4 spoon soup of white wine
- Cooking the sauce for 5 minutes on low heat time to melt the cheese
