Ingredients: - 100g pasta - 1 chicken breast - 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes - 1 red bell pepper - Salt and pepper - Parsley - 3 cloves of garlic - Olive oil - 600ml coconut milk - 1 tsp curry powder - Grated cheese of your choice - Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes. - Let the dough rest for 1 hour before rolling it out. - When cooking the dough, cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
