00:28So Abhayam, actually in 18-19, what to do with all the money, total it is more than
00:34100 crores project.
00:37But so what happened, in 2020 it was started and it was grounded in Vishakhapatnam first.
00:44So there was some delay in it, then they stopped production, like what happened in Gandargolam.
00:48Presently, in 30,000 vehicles, all cities basically, Vizag, Vijayanagaram, Rajahmundry,
00:57Vijayawada, Kakinada, like that, in some autos this is there.
01:02But actually this Abhayam is one thing and simultaneously there is something called VLTD.
01:07Basically idea is very good.
01:09Idea is each vehicle, every vehicle we should be able to track, is the idea.
01:16So there is something called, basically your vehicle is there, where is your vehicle going,
01:24what is this?
01:25So there is a device called VLTD in that vehicle and now it is coming in 2000-3000 rupees,
01:31it will send your GPS immediately.
01:33So we will create a control room, in that control room, all vehicles where it is moving
01:39we can easily see.
01:40Specifically if we want to see any vehicle, we can see where this vehicle is.
01:47Separate, transport department.
01:49That is the idea.
01:50The idea is, with a system called VLTD, with 20 crores, central government, in this central
01:56government 13 crores, 12-13 crores, remaining 8 crores, state government.
02:01So this project is presently in conceptualization stage.
02:06If we can create this control room, already in vehicles there are GPS systems, if we can
02:13link it to this, we can immediately know everything.
02:17Which vehicle is going where, transport, elections have taken place, right?
02:20Where, what vehicles are happening, GPS has been fitted for everything.
02:24So same thing with all vehicles, that is the idea.

02:32Finally all vehicles, that is the overall objective.
02:35But to establish this, conceptualized is correct, but to establish this, we have to take a few

02:43First VLTD and four wheelers, if there is a good vehicle, GPS is already there.

02:55Now there are 10 lakh vehicles, out of that 2,000-3,000 is not a problem.
