Hezbollah's deputy chief, Naim Qassem, says in a televised speech that the Lebanese group's capacities are "fine" despite Israel's strikes and after a bombing killed Hezbollah's leader Hassan Nasrallah. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged to keep fighting a "sacred war" until Hezbollah and Hamas are defeated. Both groups have vowed no let-up in the multi-front.
