The UEFA Nations League final was "a duel", says Portugal defender Nuno Mendes, following his side's victory on penalties over Spain. Portugal twice fell behind and twice levelled to take the tie to a shootout and claim the country's second Nations League title. Mendes credits Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo's "winning mentality" after the 40-year-old scored the second equaliser.
