00:11So we tax a little the very rich and we withdraw subsidies to the very rich. That is essentially

00:20the philosophy, the economic philosophy of, people say it's Robin Hood taking over the

00:26risk. It's not even Robin Hood. It's just withdrawing the subsidy, which means we, let's

00:33say happens to be one of the few countries in the world with the highest subsidy and

00:39the least tax base, smallest tax base. So we subsidize everybody. Can you imagine? Electricity.

00:49Before we conducted this program, implement this subsidy rationalization, the richest

00:59men in the country, to our policy, misguided, get subsidy from the government for his 10

01:12or 15 air conditioning.
