00:14What are some things, like obviously in a unique career that you do to make sure you

00:17have that strong mental health?

00:19I really got to give my thanks to my core friend group that I have.

00:23I've kept the same friends since I've started my career and they've been able to see me

00:27in different stages of my life.

00:29So really valuing the importance of the relationships that I have around me.

00:36And also, like I said, giving myself grace and taking myself less seriously and always

00:42remaining, always having fun.

00:46Have fun with life.

00:47This is the only life we got.
