00:00So, today we have a signature meeting of the Trans-Pacific Partnership for Operation and Management of the Rizap-Paya-Indah Land.
00:13It is a tripartite agreement between the NRIS representing the government of the Selangor state and also Gamuda Land through Discovery Wetlands.
00:23And through this agreement, it will be in force until 31 July 2037.
00:29The DWSB, Discovery Wetlands, under Gamuda, will take over the operation and management of the Rizap-Paya-Indah Wetlands.
00:38And the government of the Selangor state, through the partnership, will focus on the conservation program of wildlife.
00:45And the government of the Selangor state remains as the owner of the Rizap-Paya-Indah Wetlands.
00:50And a joint work force led by the KPI Perhilitan will be established to monitor the implementation and coordination of this strategic cooperation.
01:01So, this is a very positive cooperation between the government of the Selangor state and the government of the Selangor state,
01:08which I believe has been worked on for about five years before we could realize it together with Gamuda as the operator.
01:19I believe that this joint cooperation will ensure the sustainability of the Rizap-Paya-Indah Wetlands and all the existing ecosystems.
01:35And it will be one of the direct learning places for students.
01:43In addition to that, there are also recreational activities carried out there, such as horse riding and so on, which are still being carried out to this day.
01:53And the place also has the potential to be developed for recreational activities and also certain fishing that can be developed today and in the future.
