00:04chef to mission for the Australian Winter Olympic team in Milano Cortina in 2026.

00:11To say that I'm proud, humble and grateful to serve in this role is an understatement.

00:18It really only occurred to me this morning coming here that how fortunate I am to have

00:23had some big dreams in my life, you know, to represent Australia as a Winter Olympian firstly

00:29back in 2002 and then to achieve the next dream I had of

00:34winning a gold medal at the Olympics and to back that up with a bronze.
