00:14All right. Mayor, how is the situation there in Baguio?

00:18Well, it normalized here now. It's just cloudy.

00:22But the classes are still suspended, from preschool to senior high.

00:28Our college students have already returned to their schools.

00:31Around 48 families, representing 217 individuals, are affected here.

00:38We also had a small flood here because the drainage system was covered by the soil.

00:45But it was fixed immediately. So, all is well here in the city of Baguio.

00:50All right. Are there any stranded citizens in Baguio City, sir?

00:57No, there aren't any. Because the trips are continuous.

01:00Marcos Highway and the roads are open.

01:03It was temporarily closed. Our Halcyon Highway was closed first.

01:10But hopefully, they will open again anytime soon.

01:13Mayor, what are the effects of the flooding in the city?

01:18What will be the impact on you there, sir?

01:22Well, the wind was high. It was shocking.

01:26When we went to the main city proper, the wind was weak.

01:33But when we went to Mirador Hill, to Quirino Hill, the wind was very strong.

01:40It means that the wind in Baguio is really high.

01:49At the same time, we were able to cut some trees.

01:52But it didn't happen right away.

01:54Our response teams responded right away.

01:58We had a small flooding. We waited for the city camp.

02:01But overall, everything is okay. We were able to recover right away yesterday.

02:05Okay. So, all the roads are passable.

02:08Cannon Road and Marcos Highway, sir, are okay?

02:11Cannon Road is still closed.

02:14Naguilian, Marcos Highway, the road to Neva Vizcaya is okay.

02:19Hopefully, the road to Mountain Province will be reopened anytime soon.

02:23How about the garbage, sir?

02:26There are problems in the garbage that were left by the Baguio-Holian, sir.

02:34Two days before the typhoon, we were prohibited from taking out the garbage.

02:41After that, we were not allowed to take out the garbage.
