01:20Recently, the LGU of Cebu City announced the implementation of the City Ordinance 1361

01:26or Anti-Mendicancy Ordinance that prohibits street caroling.

01:30The permit will be given.

01:32But this is only for those who are caroling for fundraising projects.

01:42civic organizations, academics, students.

01:46So first, we have to make the distinction.
