00:05who faces an arrest order from Congress. In a social media video, Roque mentioned that he varies the timing of his uploads

00:13because he is aware of police oversight and he has people assisting him with his videos.

00:18The Philippine National Police, or PNP, responded emphasizing that no one can hide from authorities.

00:25They have established tracker teams but Roque has not been located at his registered addresses.
