00:00Does the way the season sort of came apart here in the second half, does that, I know you're

00:04obviously optimistic for the future and it seems like the organization, forward facing anyway,

00:09seems to be as well, but does the way that the season has kind of come to a halt here,

00:13is that, does that temper any of that optimism? It's frustrating, right? This is the third season

00:20in a row that we are quote-unquote in the hunt by the training deadline and then we didn't play

00:28well. This one started earlier, right? It started right after the All-Star break. Those games in LA

00:34kind of like put us in a bad spot, right? And there were a lot of games that we had the lead

00:41after the seventh, you know, multiple run leads and we gave it up. And those games,

00:47yeah, it counts by one, but it puts your bullpen in a bad spot. You know, the mood in the clubhouse

00:53is a little bit different, so live and learn, right? You know, like I said, it is a young group

01:00that probably is going to get younger, right, with time, but it's a good learning experience,

01:05not only for them, but for us as a coaching staff to see how they react to certain situations,

01:10see what we can do in the offseason to put them in a better spot. And I truly believe that,

01:15you know, if this is, you know, the struggle, right, I think it's the last time we're going

01:19to struggle. We're going to be a force again sooner rather than later.
