00:00I think it's a brilliant way to learn new ideas, I think it's a brilliant way to connect
00:19with other coaches who are experiencing similar challenges and I think it's a brilliant way
00:24to keep building on your experiences so that you can hopefully from a Welsh Rugby Union
00:29course you get ideas that you can take away from the course that you can directly use
00:34within your own environments.
00:43Looking to further what I'm doing now with the kids, take my coaching career to the next
00:49step, take that back to them, learn something new from somebody else, get some new ideas,
00:55get some new experiences and help them develop as they get older.
01:00I expected initially a lot of information, a lot of maybe PowerPoint slides except that
01:07but it hasn't been that, it's been more interactive and a lot more fun than I expected.
01:18If you sign up to a Welsh Rugby Union course you just need to turn up with a good attitude,
01:22willing to learn, willing to get better and willing to take what you've learned back
01:27to your environments.
