00:00In addition to Palawan, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. will also share his title with the farmers.

00:06This is accompanied by the turnover of more than 50 new ambulances for Region 6

00:11with the help of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

00:17This is the 51nd Patient Transport Vehicle or ambulances

00:21from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or PCSO

00:25that is being distributed in Region 6 in Iloilo Province.

00:27It was given to local government beneficiaries and state-run hospitals in Region 6.

00:33It's built upon our trust to improve people's access to healthcare

00:38especially in vulnerable communities and geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.

00:45In delivering those services, every second matters

00:49and these vehicles will ensure that help will arrive without delay

00:54because our work is about prompt action.

00:58Healthcare is about prompt action.

01:01These patient transport vehicles are state-of-the-art emergency vehicles

01:06that have a stretcher, oxygen tank, blood pressure monitor, and other medical equipment.

01:11Through this, residents of Region 6 will be able to help those who need to be rushed to the hospital.

01:17Whether it is transporting patients from flooded areas during a storm,

01:22delivering medical supplies where they are needed most,

01:25these vehicles are a lifeline that bridge those vital gaps.

01:29In the middle of a typhoon and other calamities or in other such emergencies,

01:34our experience teaches us that swift medical intervention from rescue vehicles

01:40saves lives and makes a lot of difference.

01:43For PCSO General Manager Mel Robles,

01:47these vehicles are a symbol of hope for Filipinos

01:51especially for those in need.

01:54This event marks a significant milestone in our journey

01:58towards a healthier, more empowered Bagong Pilipinas.

02:03The Philippine Charity Swift 6 Office takes pride in delivering these vehicles

02:09reflecting our commitment to President Marcos' vision.

02:13Next, President Marcos led the distribution of electronic titles

02:18and certificates of land ownership awards

02:20to more than 1,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries in Western Visayas.

02:24According to President Marcos, more than 2,600 hectares of agricultural land

02:29were given to farmers in Iloilo, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, and Guimaras.

02:35Our government is proud that many of you

02:39have faced many challenges in farming.

02:43But this is our promise.

02:45We will not neglect you.

02:47All of this is part of a bigger goal.

02:51We are certain that no farmer will be left behind.

02:55That is why today,

02:57we are not just counting numbers.

03:04Every family with land, every farmer is no longer in despair.

03:10That is why farmers are very grateful to the government and President Marcos.
