00:22There's Nico from Tennessee at 11, Jalen Milrow, Will Howard, Asha Jetty and Miller Moss, who

00:28I actually have a nice number at.

00:30He's down to 22 to one, Cam.

00:31I believe I have 35 or 40 on Miller Moss.

00:34So I got a good one on Miller Moss.

00:36And I got a good number on Ewers, and now he's the favorite.

00:38I feel good.

00:39But my Avery Johnson, quarterback of Kansas State, he's probably dropping.

00:43I got him at like 30, and the way that team barely came back, he needs a miracle.

00:47But I like where I stand with Ewers.

00:51It's hard, Cam, because unfortunately this award is not what it used to be.

00:55And I know I do this diatribe from time to time whenever we put the Heisman odds up.

01:00For a guy like him at Kansas State, they need to go undefeated and win the Big 12 and be

01:06in the playoff for him to even be involved in the conversation.

01:11That's just how this award has been built now.

01:15It's almost been built into an MVP award as opposed to the most outstanding college player.

01:22They've gone away from giving it to that.

01:25It's more you, 95% of the time, have to be a quarterback.

01:28Your team has to be in the playoff.

01:30You have to be in the running for a national championship.

01:32It's no longer who's had the best statistical eye-popping season on the field.

01:38It's you need the team stuff attached to it as well.

01:41So taking someone from Kansas State on your knee, Cam, but you need that team to win the

01:45Big 12 and get in the playoff.

01:48You want to stick to guys like Texas, Georgia.

01:52Teams that can actually run the table.

01:54It makes a lot of sense.

01:55I just really like this kid, but yeah, in retrospect, it wasn't really too smart.

02:05Now that's going to be a tough conference, I think, to run the table in because there's

02:07so many evenly matched teams in the Big 12.

02:11I find it hard that somebody's going to get out of that alive and unscathed without a

02:16loss, but getting involved in the playoff will put them in the conversation.
