00:18The Vaccination School Program is an initiative of the Department of Health
00:22to encourage parents to vaccinate their children against various diseases,
00:28such as tigdaz, rubella, tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, polio, and many others.
00:35It is part of the National Immunization Program.
00:38According to Health Secretary Chedoro Herbosa,
00:41the Vaccination School Program will be launched on October 7 this year
00:45for grades 1 and 7, including grades 4.
00:49We have a big catch-up.
00:51We will restore the previous immunization rate and strengthen the National Immunization Program.
00:58We will do this starting October.

01:04I invited the President to help us and lead us in the Vaccination School.
01:09It is a free vaccine for grades 1 and 7.
01:13They will be given measles and rubella vaccine and tetanus and diphtheria.
01:18We will also get zero-dose children.

01:28they will be given human papillomavirus vaccine or anti-cervical cancer vaccine.
01:34Secretary Herbosa invited President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. to lead this event.

01:48Calihim said that public schools will still accept students from private schools.
