00:24And it feels Gilded Age adjacent but very modern and my husband looks great.

00:49What does it feel like to be able to be here and have Gilded Age so celebrated this year?

00:53Well, it's a thrill.

00:54We really didn't know if we'd come back for a third season but so many people watched

00:57the show.

00:58So it's a real credit that the industry enjoys us so much.

01:01And we got our six nominations when we were in our second week of productions.

01:04We were all very tired.

01:0516-hour days, but we were just excited to be acknowledged.

01:09So there was a little adrenaline boost.

01:10Yes, absolutely.

01:11We needed everything.

01:12We got a long way to go.

01:13Yeah.

01:14Getting to go in-depth into this period, the Gilded Age, what's something that you would

01:20steal for modern day and what's something that you're like, leave that there?

01:24Oh my goodness.

01:25What would I steal for modern day?

01:27How about the formation of some unions?

01:29Right?

01:30This was the time when unions were born.

01:32There was no support for them, of course.

01:34But it was a really important movement.

01:36The lower classes were uniting to sort of stake their claim.

01:39Yeah.

01:40And then what would I leave behind?

01:41Arsenic biscuits to keep people skinny and white.

01:44They used to chomp them to lose weight and then they would die of arsenic.

01:48Introduce a new thing.

01:49I'm just like, I'm going to wait and let other people.

01:51I think that's a fair thing to do.

01:52That hasn't changed.

01:53We should always wait and see.

01:54Yeah.
