Alcotraz is the bar behind bars, where the serving inmates are your bartenders, the guards are crooked and you become a part of the story. But what is it like having time inside the alcotraz prison bar?

00:08cell?

00:09Well Bristol's Behind Bars Alcatraz is offering you just that and I am here now and I've just

00:15found out I've not got my parole so I better go into the main prison.

00:19Come on.

00:23All right here we go cell H this is your one right?

00:27Ask H for heaven or H for hell depending on you know how you behave and everything.

00:31Great.

00:32All right make yourselves at home.

00:35At Alcatraz really we try to ensure that every single touch point is thought through so guests

00:42are encouraged to actually smuggle liquor into the penitentiary so before they arrive

00:47they're actually thrown into our world they're encouraged to complete a criminal record where

00:52they kind of get the opportunity to develop their alias and their character profiles

00:58before they come.

00:59So here in my box I have decided to smuggle my very own medication as I will show you

01:06here in the hopes that one of my prison inmates might be able to make me something with it

01:13so let's see if someone turns up.

01:18Are you making your chicken soups today?

01:21Did you happen to smuggle in any contraband?

01:23I did.

01:24Yeah.

01:26Did you have any allergies?

01:27No allergies.

01:28Perfect.

01:35God that was easier to smuggle in than I thought.

01:36And tell me about the Bristol venue then what can people expect from that specific venue?

01:43Bristol has been a city that personally I've been super excited to launch in.

01:48I went to university in Cardiff so not too far too far away and obviously Bristol's a

01:52hugely vibrant exciting and fun city.

01:55The Alcatraz there is our most recent site done in the UK and therefore is our highest

02:03quality in terms of set design.

02:06It's had the most amount of time and effort gone into sort of the script the casting process

02:11so really it's it's a great Alcatraz product and one that we're super proud of.

02:37We've had a lot of incidents.

02:46That's right and well that's pretty much it.

02:51There's not much to do here except sit down and contemplate your actions.
