Jaidon Anthony excited to work with Scott Parker again

Jaidon Anthony can't wait to get to work with Scott Parker once more after the two linked up at Bournemouth and hopes that they can once more win promotion together.

00:00All you want as a player is to be appreciated. I know this manager very well and what he wants from his teams and players.

00:09I feel like I've thrived under him before and hopefully I can do that here as well. It's an amazing feeling.

00:14I've said before, when he took the job before I was sort of an unknown, I hadn't really played too much football.

00:22He put a lot of faith in me and hopefully it's the same here.

00:26Like you say, I just want to repay it and give my all for him and the team every time I'm on the pitch and that's what I'll do.

00:33He's very demanding and there's no real easy days, but I feel like that's what you need as a team if you want to be successful.

00:41We have to train hard and it makes the games easier for us.

00:46He's very detailed in the way he coaches and he's hands-on if you like.

00:51It's good for me, I get to learn a lot every day and I really love working under him.

00:56He works in the same way in terms of what he wants from his teams.

01:00There's definitely similarities and I think that probably helped me in terms of coming in.
