Clarets head coach Scott Parker believes that the his side are very together both on the pitch and socially and it's reaping its rewards.

00:00I've been involved in some really good teams, teams that have won Premier Leagues,

00:03I've been involved in some lesser teams and the most important thing is the cohesion,

00:07the morale, the togetherness of a group really.

00:11This is a group of men that every Saturday are judged, every Saturday for 90 minutes.

00:15They have to go on a football field and battle, fight and they have to be together.

00:21Like I said, it's a close-knit team considering how quickly it's been put together really.

00:29All them signs are very pleasing and they're the reason why we've done what we've done to be honest with you.

00:35Of course there's tactical, there's technical elements to it and there's a lot of what's gone into the group.

00:39It's a very together group, it's a group that are together, enjoy their time together,

00:43socially enjoy their time together and around the training ground, a real togetherness about us.

00:48It's probably the bedrock of what we're doing really.

00:51Now look, we're going to need that more than ever.

00:53There's bumps along this journey, I've been in many times before,

00:56there's bumps along this journey at this present moment in time.

00:58We're doing very, very well and we've picked up some great results.
