00:00The Commission on Elections, or COMELEC, has started testing some of the automated counting machines, or ACMs,

00:06that have been delivered to the country thus far.

00:09The poll body says aside from the fast delivery of the ACMs,

00:13it is also expecting its good performance come election time.

00:17COMELEC is expecting the delivery of the ACMs to be completed by November.

00:24By October, they will be finishing the entire 110,000.

00:29And therefore, by November, before the end, they will be delivering the entire 110,000.
