00:07according to the Presidential Communications Officer, PCO.

00:11Department of Foreign Affairs, or DFA, Secretary Enrique Manalo will instead represent the country

00:17at the International Forum, where he is set to address global challenges and promote peace and cooperation.

00:24This decision reflects the Marcos administration's dedication to upholding these principles
