00:10Based on Administrative Order No. 74, 25 kilos of rice will be given to all military and uniformed personnel or MUPs.
00:19This is for those who are still in service on November 30 this year.
00:23As for the rice to be given, it will be given to the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Uniformed Personnel of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Coast Guard, and others.
00:35Based on the order, rice will be distributed to local farmers, which is part of the Diplomatic Program of the Department of Agriculture.
00:44Distribution will be carried out to important warehouses from December to March of the next year.
