01:53The chia seed is a low-carb friendly food, and almost all the carbs in them are fiber.
01:59They are high in quality protein, where they have a good balance of the essential amino
02:05acids. These chia seeds are a high quality protein, much higher than most plant foods.
02:12Protein is the most weight loss friendly macronutrient and can drastically reduce appetite and cravings.
