00:20some of the arguments we've been fighting here today are about you haven't used proper data

00:24sets. Well, if you use O&S data sets, which is a finger in the air job, as opposed to census data,

00:33and you get that figure wrong, the implications for us are huge. And it's been wrong, you know,

00:39we've had a negative impact on our budgets since well before the last census.
