00:04Obviously I'm very disappointed in the attack, but I think the government did a good job of
00:10passing the evidence before me. I will say the extent to which the current state of law
00:16in this area of law, it's not surprising that I lost this appeal because possibly
00:22it grants a privilege in the way that they collect and defend evidence,
00:27whereas defence is denied basic rights at every step of the process.
00:32That's what we saw in this process today and that's what I'm considering.
