00:33Experts say you should also avoid highly processed foods.
00:37Researchers from Imperial College London's School of Public Health describe these foods
00:41as, quote, fizzy drinks, mass-produced packaged breads, many ready meals, and most breakfast
00:48cereals.
00:49Processed meats are also a culprit, with things like hot dogs, sausages, and beef jerky being
00:54highly associated with colorectal cancer.
00:58Experts also warn to steer clear of red meat and anything with red dye number three in
01:02it, like gummy candy.
