00:00Some of you may not know that I also run a relaxation YouTube channel called
00:19BMTP meditation and sleep. I'll leave a link in the description in case you are
00:25interested. So I was really curious about Salara 1. This is quite a unique
00:30idea for meditation. When you start you get a choice of three locations you can
00:35start from. Start from the jungle just so you can experience the full tour.
00:41Afterwards you will most likely start from the last destination. Once up on the
00:47station there are plenty of things to interact with. Most things just give some
00:51information and there are also meditation crystals you can use. Though
00:56it's a little frustrating that you have to continuously squeeze the grip button
01:00to hold on to these crystals because if you drop it the audio stops and when you
01:05pick it up again it starts from the beginning. Now it really gets going once
01:10you get on the space station craft. Nice and comfortable looking. Lots of windows
01:15to see out of. There are seven scenes to explore and in each scene you can do
01:21six spacewalks. It offers 11 meditation tracks to just sit back and listen to
01:28whilst enjoying the view. Though it would be cool if you could listen to your own
01:33music or podcasts in the game whilst having those views. Visually everything
01:38looks stunning. You can tell a lot of care has been put into Salara 1. My
01:45favourite scenes are the planets rather than the comets and stars. The sounds are
01:51very nicely done too. From the announcements in the space station to
01:56the information on displays. Also the sound effects whilst on spacewalks and
02:01of course the music. Menus are well laid out and not confusing at all and the
02:08controls are really simple and are explained to you along the journey. You
02:13can choose if you want to walk or teleport and the music on or off. So if
02:20you are looking for something where you can just sit down and relax and enjoy
02:24the views whilst listening to some relaxing meditation music, this is for
02:28you. So I am going to score Salara 1 an 18 out of 20. You can find my scoring
02:35system in a description section below. Now please tap that like button if you
