00:05in accordance with the declaration of the late Federico Caballero.

00:18that Caballero's death is a great loss to the country

00:21so it is only right that a late man like him be honored

00:26that it is a great loss to the survival of the culture of Panay Bukidon

00:32through his works.

00:34Because of this, the Philippines will remain half-masked

00:39in the responsibilities of the government inside and outside the country

00:43until the end of the day.

00:46Caballero was declared a national hero in 2000

00:51as a recognition of his care for the tradition and culture of Sugidanon in Panay Bukidon.
