Saigon Kitchen wins Soupalicious for second time (3/9/24)

00:00Soupalicious is our month-long competition that we run over winter each year, so each year there's

00:06been a different theme. This year we are back to our roots though from our 2019 competition

00:10and have focused on soup. So we've had six businesses this year that have all entered

00:15into the competition all with a different soup offering that really highlights what they do best

00:20and this year the winner is Saigon Kitchen. Yeah we won the first time in 2019 and this is the

00:26second time we enter and then yeah thank you for the competition committee we won it again and

00:31this year we still got our best seller the beef noodle soup which is always our best seller for

00:38the last seven years. The special thing about this is we cook it in a traditional way with

00:46slow cooked beef bone broth for more than 10 hours and also all the spices and fresh herbs and

00:54fresh Tasmanian beef produce that make it so special for us and for our customers.

01:02It's kind of similar but we keep improving our soup every year after the customer feedback and also

01:11from our learning to keep improving the quality

01:15and keep bringing the best value to our customers.
