NFL superstar Cooper Kupp has just parted ways with his Oregon mansion ... and considering all the bells, whistles and indoor training facilities it came with -- it seems the new buyer got a helluva deal.

00:07Mojo, Cooper Cup Rams superstar is one of the best wide receivers in the entire NFL.

00:12He's also now $3 million richer thanks to selling a home, a beautiful home that he owned

00:21in a place called Wilsonville, Oregon.

00:24Now he's from the Northwest.

00:27Really nice place, Mojo.

00:29And we're going to show you this in a second here.

00:31It's not exactly the home that I find to be the most appealing part of the property.

00:37It's actually this awesome training facility.

00:41Look at that, Mojo.

00:42I mean, this is not like a secondary Rams practice place.

00:47It's not.

00:48This is on the grounds of his Wilsonville estate, which he just sold for $3 million.

00:55Let's tell you a little bit about this place, not counting the practice facility, Mojo.

01:01It's a 5,700 square foot home on a four acre lot.

01:05It's got five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and it's got its own separate guest house.

01:12And then you've got the 4,600 square foot training facility.

01:17I love that that's like multiple times bigger than the place that I live in, period.

01:24But I don't have a three year, $80 million contract.

01:26Cooper Cup does.

01:28So he bought the house.

01:29He wanted a place where he could train and work out.

01:32That's why he got it, Mojo.

01:33Ultimately, we were told that Cooper's just been spending a lot of time in the Los Angeles

01:38area with his family.

01:39So he wasn't staying in Oregon as much as he expected that he would be.

01:43He thought it was right to put the house on the market.

01:46They ultimately ended up selling it and $3 million more dollars in the bank account.

02:25I mean, as an athlete, this is the absolute dream.

02:30You don't have to worry about whether you got the turf field.

02:37You don't share it with anybody.

02:38You have your buddies over all kinds of events you can do in there.

02:42Any kids would have fun with, with all of their antics in there.

02:46So I mean, this property is really cool.

02:49I love like the unique additions that celebrities and athletes put into their homes to make

02:55them one of one and one of a kind.

02:58But yeah, you said a bad cock.

02:59I mean, this thing is very remote.

03:02And when you're out in the big city in LA, something I know nothing about, but you know

03:06a lot about, I can't imagine trekking all the way up to the tip top of the Northwest

03:13of the country is something you look forward to on your off day when you're already busy

03:20with everything else in your life.

03:21So yeah, very cool.
