00:00Creamy, roasted garlic sauce, steak and paprika roasted potatoes, this is just an absolute

00:05dream of a dinner.

00:06Since we're going to be roasting the potatoes, it'd be rude not to roast some garlic too.

00:10And when it all comes out of the oven, you've got this gorgeous, sweet, nutty roasted garlic

00:13alongside the crispy paprika potatoes.

00:15Then for the steaks, we've got the usual shenanigans going on and I like to baste them

00:19in some butter, with some garlic, thyme and rosemary.

00:21Then all that leftover goodness in the pan is going to be the base of your sauce.

00:24We've got some shallots and some wine to deglaze the pan and then beef stock, cream

00:28and Worcestershire sauce.

00:29Then in with the roasted garlic and the resting juices from the steak and we're going to season

00:33it with salt and pepper and when I tell you I could literally drink that from the pot,

00:36I truly mean it.

00:37There you have my steak and potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce.
