Oasis to open 2025 tour in Cardiff

We speak to the people of Cardiff about Oasis’ return, and their opening gig coming to the Welsh capital.

00:00I think it's a great idea. I was born in 1972, so of course Oasis was my time, I was in my 20s and it was great.

00:07And I'm actually watching, there's a new documentary on Camden, is it? I'm watching that as well.

00:14So the boys are on there and it's nice to see that. But I don't think they've spoken properly for about 20 years, I believe.

00:19So yeah, it's one of those things to watch. So I'm excited to see it.

00:23There's going to be a huge amount of hype. I mean, I believe Cardiff is going to be the start of the thing. It'll be a nightmare.

00:33And the prices will be through the roof. It's very unfair.

00:38I think it's just a big hype really. I think somebody's short of cash.

00:42Yeah.

00:43I know we're getting old now but they've got to make some more money, haven't they?

00:47They haven't found a fugue for a long time, so let's see what the public has to ask us.

00:53Sometimes when you've got two yin and yang playing against each other, you get some good music.
