00:00Yeah, I'm extremely happy for myself and my family's situation.

00:05You know, we know what we're doing for the next 12 months.

00:08I'm really grateful for my family as well.

00:11You know, like, they've probably put their whole life,

00:17basically their whole life around, you know, my career and, you know,

00:20particularly my wife.

00:21And then, you know, my daughter's going to take 12 months off.

00:24She's just finished, you know, her HSC and she's going to take 12 months

00:28as it stands at the moment off for uni to come over here

00:31and support me in the decision to stay.

00:34So, you know, I'm really grateful for the family sacrifice they've made.

00:39And then, you know, I'm excited for the club and for the team.

00:44They made my decision very easy, the players in particular,

00:49and what they've shown me with their buy-in, you know,

00:52their willingness to want to get better.

00:55They've given me a bit of a spring in my step, you know,

00:58around coaching again.

00:59So, yeah, I'm really grateful to those guys.

01:02And also everyone at the club has just made the decision easy.

01:08Everyone's made the transition from the time I got here very smooth.

01:12A lot of people, a lot of time and effort into making me feel welcome.

01:16You obviously came over initially on that last shot,

01:19so the contract was called a big partnership with you.

01:21Was there a point at which you decided, yeah, I want to stay here?

01:24Or has it been more gradual than that?

01:27It's probably just been gradual.

01:29And, you know, the early games from the players and the buy-in is good,

01:34but there's always going to be, the real test was going to be

01:37can they continue to want to do it every week?

01:39And they have been.
