How much will the Commanders improve this season?

00:07It was worse than four, $11, four and 13, four and 13. Sorry. Yes. How much? I think

00:15they win four more games. At least, at least you got them at eight, nine, eight, nine,

00:23possibly nine and eight. Wow. Okay. Uh, Jeffrey, I saw two, three games last year. They should

00:32have won that they lost because they just screwed up. They had no gut, no leadership,

00:37no guidance, and they lose those games. So if you got it, it's easy to, I hear you. And

00:43there were a handful of games that could have gone either way. They had the worst point

00:46differential in the NFL. They also got their ass kicked a lot. They did. But when you're

00:51sitting there in the game and you can win it, and then you just make all the mistakes

00:56down the stretch to lose it. That's on you. And then they roll the same list of characters

01:02out there again, the next week, Jeffrey improvement for Washington improvement. And I was going

01:12to say at least doubling the wins. And I'm literally on, see when B Mitch say stuff like

01:19I know it's not Ashburn syndrome running wild because last year I thought the exact

01:24same thing I thought. And that's why they're going to do double digits. That's why you

01:27bet. No, I just thought, I just thought like, you know, there were games we were in. If

01:33we would have just had better play at certain positions, we would have won it. And I, like

01:39I said, I'm just glad you said that because it's proved that it's not just complete Ashburn

01:44syndrome. Now here comes the Ashburn syndrome. He think they're going to flip it from 10

01:49wins at least. Nope. 10 and seven. All right. That's what I'm calling 10. And it sound crazy.

01:58But remember it sounded crazy when I told you the Texans will win their division as

02:01well. It sounded crazy when you told me what's going to catch five touchdowns in the car.

02:05You say a lot of crazy things. You don't get to hang out. I say, let's stop worrying about

02:10the crazy things that didn't hit. Let's just worry about the one that did. Oh boy. Improvement

02:19for Washington, I think is coming. I think you're going to have better play a quarterback.

02:24I think you'll have a more, a more focused, a more streamlined defense. I think they'll

02:31tackle a little better. I think Bobby Wagner will make a big difference in the middle.

02:36I don't know how significant the improvement is until, until I see the secondary for a

02:43couple of weeks, I would think about the receivers. They're going to go up against right away.

02:48Mike Evans, Mike Evans is eventually going to the hall of fame. I mean, that's a thousand

02:51yard receiver for 10 straight years. You got Evans and Godwin there. Week two, who knows

02:57what Malik Malik neighbors is, but damn, he looks explosive. Week three, Joe Burrow, Jamar

03:05week four, Marvin Harrison. Like I need to see this secondary. I was, but you don't get

03:10a chance to see him. It's a prediction right now. What I'm telling you is I'm not as bullish

03:15as you guys, but you can tell us your numbers. I'm getting there. I'm running through it

03:20in my head. I think, I think they will improve. Right. But you're saying eight, Jeff saying

03:2610. I think there's a reason Vegas has that number at six and a half. I think for me,

03:31I think it's seven and 10. I just, that Miami game, the way to it went down the field. And

03:39I know that Washington didn't have all its pieces, but neither did Miami because Zyrick

03:44and Waddle were out that weren't out there either. I just, I think defensively they might

03:50you, you insert a quarterback in and your offense could get immediately better if the

03:54quarterback's that good defensively, it just might take a little bit more time to get that

03:58thing fully operational level. Where are you on the commander's improvement?

04:03Yeah, I definitely think they'll be a better team this year. They they're starting from

04:09a pretty low point. So I think it would be tough for them to be, you know, it would be

04:14tough for them to not be better just given how bad they were last year. Not many teams

04:19go four and 13. The league is designed for parody. The league is designed for teams to

04:24probably go eight, nine, nine, and eight. There's a hard salary cap. You know what I

04:28mean? Like they, the draft rewards, the teams that did poorly, there's no lottery system.

04:33So I think on some level, you're right. Like they should be better just because it's hard

04:36to be that bad. I do think though, like I'm saying significant improvement. If they go

04:43from four wins to seven, that's almost doubling your wind total. That's huge. There are those

04:49that would be disappointed in that, but I think that'd be silly.

04:51I think you should be encouraged if you can jump that much.
