00:08So let's start with the Seahawks.

00:10They're going to be competitive.

00:12This offense is going to be completely different.

00:14You talked about Pete Carroll in the run game.

00:16Ryan Grubb, who comes from college football, he's more spread out.

00:21The Seahawks have been primarily a 12 personnel offense, two tight ends, a back, two receivers.

00:30They're going to be heavy 11 personnel.

00:31Three receivers, one tight end, one back.

00:33More explosive.

00:34You're going to see Kenneth Walker, the starting running back, he'll catch the ball more in

00:38this offense.

00:39I like it.

00:40It's more spread out.

00:41Geno Smith, he could throw the football.

00:42He still looks good.

00:44Jackson Smith and Jigba, their first round pick out of Ohio State last year.

00:47Receiver, he's going to play more this year.

00:48He'll be an eventual, replacing for Tyler Lockett on the outside.

00:53This is a good team.

00:54And the big story here is defensively.

00:56Buchanan Owosu, their best pass rusher who missed most of last season with a torn pectoral

01:00muscle.

01:01He's back.

01:02They're going to have a new look defense under head coach Mike McDonald, who will call the

01:05defense.

01:07This team, nobody's talking about them.

01:09They're kind of under the radar.

01:11I'm glad I got to spend two days with them.

01:13They're rostered and they're more explosive than I thought.

01:16So that's a team nobody's talking about, but they should be to potentially challenge for

01:21a wildcard spot in the NFC.

01:22And by the way, there's going to be room for them.

01:27I think the roster is a little bit better than people think.

01:29And Byron Murphy, they're so excited about Byron Murphy, their first compact, the first

01:34round pick out of Seattle.
