00:04and secure in who you are and how you present? What has that journey been like for you?

00:08I've always been a little bit okay with being with myself. There was a time in this last,

00:16you know, four years where I just didn't feel like I could be myself and I saw how that

00:23changed me as a person but changed me as an athlete as well and it wasn't until 2021 where

00:30I was actually able to just let go of all those comments and being myself has just changed

00:38everything for me. It's changed my mind, it's changed my body, it's changed my day-to-day life.
